My approach is flexible, interpersonal and non-judgmental, with the goal of creating a safe environment.  I combine psychodynamic therapy along with skills borrowed from my training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and my own mindfulness and meditation practice. I’m authentic and approachable, fundamentally believing that people need to feel a connection in order to grow.
